Sky's the Limit Album > STL & the George Lunan Foundation donate 5 laptops to Touchstone!
Touchstone Youth Centre serves homeless & at-risk youth 16-24 years of age. The Centre is located in East York, Toronto and is open 24 hours, 365 days per year. Touchstone provides for the immediate needs of youth in crisis by providing food, a 32 bed emergency shelter, the basic necessities and crisis intervention. Touchstone also provides for the needs of youth regarding housing, employment, and life skills through Employment, Housing, and Outreach programs; as well as a Drop-in-Centre. The computers are housed in the Drop-in-Centre & are available to the youth Monday to Friday. This is the second time STL has donated computers to Touchstone, totaling 11 to date.

"An average of 260 different youth access Touchstone's Drop-in-Centre monthly or 3,120 different youth each year." - Touchstone 2009 Quarterly Report

The George Lunan Foundation was established in 1967. Grants are limited to Ontario and have included the Boys' Choir of Toronto, the Jubilate Singers, the Toronto Mendelssohn Choir, Music at Sharon, the Kiwanis Music Festival Association of Greater Toronto, and NYO.

STL thanks the George Lunan Foundation for their generous support.
